Whilst communicating with the consumer in the foreground, we also send notifications (via HTTP POST, HTML emails or both) to you in the background. These are called Credit Status Notifications (CSN). You can process CSN’s manually (upon receipt of the email) using the features in Retailer Portal or automate various tasks by sending and receiving CSN’s to/from your server.

CSNs are sent for both in-store and online credit applications.
