Support PIN

To contact our support helpdesk, we prioritise the security of your merchant account and data by implementing strict authentication measures.

When necessary, we will request a Support PIN to verify your access to the account. This Support PIN can be found in your profile once you are logged into the Dashboard. It is unique to you and your merchant account and is valid for a limited time.

Our helpdesk team can access the same PIN to confirm your identity as an authorised user of the merchant account. Simply provide this PIN when asked.

Please note that the PIN is only valid for the duration of your session in the Dashboard. Once your session ends, the PIN will expire. If this happens, log back into the Dashboard to receive a new, unique PIN to share with our team.
