Introduction

An in-store application allows retailers the flexibility to offer finance to their customers in person. Typically these sorts of applications would be done at the retailer outlet, but can also be utilised for a home visit or any in-person interaction.

The in-store experience is flexible in nature, providing opportunities for both the retailer and customer to take control of the experience at different stages of the journey. More on this later.

Before a retailer can gain access to the in-store application feature, it’s important that each individual user completes the necessary compliance training as part of the Deko onboarding experience. This will be a short video and a few questions to answer.
