Cancelling and Refunds

To Cancel or Refund a customer, you will need to action this by using your Stripe Dashboard as cancelling an order on your order system will not issue a refund or cancel the transaction.


Please note you can process part or full refunds via Stripe, you do not need to contact Deko or NewDay to process this.

Please click on the individual payment you wish to Cancel/Refund on your stripe Dashboard and this will then provide you with an option to refund the customer.


You can then refund the customer partly or in full and select a reason for this.
