Balances and Payouts

Under Balances, you will be able to see the amounts that are currently on their way to you, as well as any estimated future payments. This page also provides you with a breakdown of the individual payments and when they will reach you.

Payouts is a subsection of Balances. Here you can see upcoming payouts, and also what has already been paid out to you for your Newpay orders. If you click into a payout, you will be able to see the associated charges and transactions bundled into a ‘payout’. You will also be able to see the date a payment reached you. As with the payments page, you can filter to only include certain payments based on amount, date and status, as well as export each payout as a CSV which will include a wealth of data relating to the payment.
